What we are
Pickleball Courts Orlando connects homeowners, HOAs and clubs in the Orlando metro with a licensed local contractor who builds, converts and resurfaces courts. When you call or send the form, your request goes to that builder. The builder calls you back, visits the property, writes the estimate, signs the contract and does the work. We do not pour concrete, we do not hold a contractor's license ourselves, and we do not take a fee from you.
Why the site exists
Because the information was scattered. Homeowners in Winter Park, Lake Nona and Windermere kept asking the same questions, what a court costs here, who issues the permit, what to do about the sand and the rain, and the answers were buried in national cost guides written for clay country and northern winters. This site answers those questions for central Florida specifically: the cost page, the permits guide, the drainage guide, and the construction walkthrough.
What you will not find here
Reviews, star ratings, years in business, job counts or license numbers attributed to this site. None of those belong to a referral service and we will not invent them. The builder who estimates your court is state licensed in Florida through the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, the license number is on the estimate and the contract, and you can check it at myfloridalicense.com. Ask for references from the builder directly.
About the numbers on this site
Every price range is a planning figure built from Florida per square foot rates and the costs of fill, fencing and lighting in the Orlando market. They are here so you can plan and so you can read a quote intelligently. They are not quotes. The builder's written estimate after a site visit is the only number that counts.
